power scissors- maneki raises his middle and index finger and gathers ki into then forming a ki blade.

Characters story: Maneki was born on the planet earth.His parents were a saiyan named steve and a human names steveet.His parents were marital artists and taught him some good techniques.The techniques his parents taught him were janken.Janeken is a fighting style using rock ,paper,and scissor.Maneki adapted these moves into ki atacks increasing their power.

At the age of maneki entered the world tournament.Unfortunately for maneki they had implemented a new rule so he had to fight in an junior division.Being trained by martial artist parents the competition was no match for maneki.When it was time for the final round it was down to two kids.It was maneki vs a kid named jim.Maneki thought this fight would be a piece of cake like the rest but he was about to find out just how wrong he was.

When the referee said 'fight.'Maneki dashed off towards jim and the fight was on.He launched a straight at jim.To manekis surprise jim had blocked his punch and contered it with an elbow to the face.Maneki then became extremely made because of his saiyan genes and went a little over board.He charge at jim with extreme speed and landed a janken rock at jims stomach.Then he releases the ki stored in the attack launching jim out of the ring.When this was seen the referee declared maneki the winner.Maneki then continued his training for an entire year so he would be prepared for the next world tournament
