Side Note: Patient and Plotting are but two of many words one might use to describe this murderous snake. A manipulator and deciever who specialises in playing those he meets like pawns, he makes it a point to know his enemies and allies inside-out, and understands exactly how to provoke them. Orchestrating his twisted schemes by having others - often unknowingly - carry them out for him, he works tirelessly to fufill his insane ambitions of glory and power. All the while keeping his operations strictly under the radar, to avoid catching the eye of Frieza - who might not take kindly to his mutinous behavior.

Character's Techniques:

• Telekinesis: First and foremost among Glacian's skills is his talent for telekinesis, an ability common to many Changelings, which Glacian has dedicated himself to mastering in the name of conquest. A trait used by tapping into the dormant highly evolved parts of the brain that normally serve no function, when exerted to 100%, it allows the user to manipulate objects and the environment around them by the power of mind alone (though the proccess does require the exertion of Ki to function).
  
  
• Maraschino: A crimson orb that gives off a light painful to the eyes. When thrown, the energy sphere will float at a pre-determined location in mid-air, and fire out thin beams of Ki towards a target. If left alone, it will contine to fire until it's supply of Ki is depleted to nothing. Alternatively, if it is thrown towards someone - or a person comes towards it, it will detonate with explosive force equal to whatever Ki it had at the time of destruction.
  
  
• Parfait: A telekinetic supresssion technique, often used in combination with other attacks. By force of will (and a little Ki too) Glacian compresses the air around his opponent in multiple layers, making free movement and mobility difficult, and giving the sensation that they are being squeezed tightly within a psychic cage. This technique is useless in space.
  
  
• Fritule: A reversion of the Parfait, Glacian creates a vaccum of airless space using his mental talents, either around en enemy, or close by them. Obeying the laws of physics - air rushes in from all sides to fill the empty vaccum with immense force, resulting in a crushing implosion (enough to crush an F-16 jet to the size of a small pea) that sends out a short-ranged omni-directional shockwave, damaging anything nearby. This technique is useless in space.

Planet you want to start on: Planet Frieza

Characters story: The firstborn child of the noble Cherrule family, like many Changelings before him, Glacian was raised into a life of conquest and tyrrany. Living the high life, with servants waiting on his every need, and permission (and the power) to kill anyone besides his family at a whim, by the time he was a teenager Glacian already posessed the superiority complex and inflated ego normally considered a healthy sign of Changeling maturation. Along with something else - beaten into him (literally) by his very strict father over the course of his childhood, which had been all been preperation for the mission he was about to undertake.

Patience.

Now burdened with a baby brother who was already plotting against him, and a younger sister with whom he shared a mutual hatred, the time came for Glacian to leave his family household at the mature age of 16. Joining the ranks of the Supreme Overlord Frieza's Army, his official task was to distinguish himself as a conqueror, and bring honor to his family. Not sidelining his own abitions, of course. If possible - his real motive was to dethrone Frieza and rule the empire for himself. But of course... such plans would take time to reach fruition. He would be patient, grow stronger, and lay his plans carefully, as he had been taught.

Since then, he has lived on Planet Frieza. Ever planning, ever patient. Waiting for the right oppertunity to make his move, waiting for the time to take the Galaxy for himself. As he was truly born to do.
